This phase includes budgeting, assistance with specifications, referrals and site visits. For ELD to work properly, the substrate immediately below the membrane must be conductive (structural concrete, metal or TruGround) and the membrane must be exposed.
Working with trusted professionals, we perform Electronic Leak Detection (ELD) testing on roofing and waterproofing membranes. Each test includes a field report of the site conditions, condition of the membrane, and photo documentation of the testing area.
